Netskope Client - Configuration changes are updated frequently

Hello good evening, thank you for your cooperation.

Example if I make modification of certain access policies Web-Urls or settings of activities allowed at Clouds App level, once I make the adjustment in the Tenant of Netskope, how long it takes to take effect the change on client workstations ? if I make a modification the change is reflected immediately in the client ?

I have been looking in the documentation for this information, the exact information, frequency, etc. and nothing, I can not find it, if you help me with the above questions and information I would appreciate it very much.

Each client checks for client-side updates on an hourly basis.  

A user can initiate an immediate update by checking the Configuration dialog and clicking the "Update" link, if present.

Now this value of 60 minutes, which I think is a very high value, is it possible to adjust it to 1 minute, to 3 or 5 minutes ? In addition, every 5 minutes for administrative tasks (disable command, collect logs, ...) and every 4 hours for version changes.

You can also force update configuration with "C:\Program Files (x86)\Netskope\STAgent\nsdiag.exe -u" (must run in user context).

Inline policies added or modified sync within a minute, the 60 minutes is only for steering and network location configuration additions, modifications or deletions. This time cannot be changed, however, you can force your client to update before the interval by right clicking your client -> configuration and if there is an update it will show in "Blue" at the bottom.
