Hello
Until now, I had a policy for the Generative AI category that generated a User Alert to warn users to be careful about the information they were going to upload to AI SaaS. However, the policy has been automatically updated, and the action has been changed from "User Alert" to "Alert".
When I select the Generative AI category, it no longer allows me to select the User Alert action. The only way I have found to maintain the User Alert is to create a custom category with the Generative AI applications, but it is not a maintainable solution.
Does anyone know why this change was made? I have not found information about it in the release notes of version 105 or 106.
I don't understand why in some categories you can't select the User Alert action. The same goes for the consumer category.

Howdy @marticanyelles
You may want to add activities to your policy - Refer to screenshot below - it's likely you want a user alert when someone 'browses' to a GenAI app - so I suppose this might fit your need ?
Also - updated connectors are set to rollout for GenAI today/tom - so do check out the updated connectors later this week if it's of interest to you (bingAI, bard etc. as described on R106 release notes)

Also, if you haven't already - do check out our DLP capabilities in conjunction with AI tools -
We have OOTB connectors for ChatGPT with a few more coming this week like I mentioned in my previous post - this way you're
1. Warning users to begin
2. Blocking sensitive content when they don't heed to your warning 🙂
