This is Sooraj from the Netskope APAC Support Team. I have 13+ years of experience in the Security domain, starting my career with the traditional L3 Firewalls. I have been with Netskope for the last 4 years and have grown from an Engineer to Tech Lead to now a Techincal Manager, currently managing a team of Support Engineers in the APAC region. We primarily focus on resolving customer issues at the quickest possible time.
