During the course of the year we have seen instances where a signature from CTEP was involved in issues within our environment.   We have found the following documentation on CTEP signature updates (https://docs.netskope.com/en/netskope-client-traffic-exploit-prevention-system-threat-content-release-notes.html_)  but there does not seem to be a way to 'subscribe' to it to proactively receive notifications when this is updated.   Does anyone have any thoughts on how to be notified when signatures are added/removed etc.?

Looks like Netskope should be publishing the notifications here in the Community News section since that's how they recommend you subscribe to release notes.

I reached out to the publishing team via the feedback link at the bottom of the Release Notes.   They seemed receptive to the idea of adding notifications in the Community News forum.

You can subscribe to release notes such as this at docs.netskope.com

With this there is no subscription option that I am seeing.  As this is publicly available and does not require you have an account Im not sure how that would work.  On the Old support site you could but that does not seem to carry over.

I should have not said subscribe persey but you can always "manually" go here and it shows the signatures added or removed if you weren't aware.

That's fine for discovery; but not a proactive notification of publication of updates, which is what the original ask was.

Hi @qyost and @Twoods ,

Thank you for sharing your feedback for release notes notification, our community team is working with the tech pub team to launch a new section on community which will only covers the latest releases posts.

lets us know your thoughts on the same.

Thanks

That sounds good, also sounds similar to the response I received from techpub when I submitted feedback via their links.
