agent installation

I want to install the agent on several machines that I cannot reach either by invitation or through GPO.

Is there a way to give an installer to the support staff and they go machine by machine to install the netskope agent and then the end users enter and authenticate with their user?

If, for example, I download from this route https://download-<;your-tenant-name>.goskope.com/dlr/win/get and the support staff installs it correctly?

@xavy2310 Yes, you can provide an installer to the support staff for manual installation on each machine. For Windows machines, you can download the NSClient.msi installer from the route you mentioned.

After downloading the NSClient.msi file, the support staff can install the Netskope Client on each machine. If you want the end users to authenticate with their user credentials after installation, you can install the NSClient.msi without any parameters. This method will prompt the user for the Netskope tenant name and then for ADFS login details, allowing them to authenticate themselves.

However, it's recommended that you use the IdP mode at least. For detailed instructions on installing the Netskope Client in IdP mode, which includes user authentication post-installation, refer to https://docs.netskope.com/en/netskope-help/integrations-439794/provisioning-and-authentication/netskope-client-idp-mode-with-azure-scim-and-azure-ad-or-adfs-saml-auth/install-the-netskope-client-in-idp-mode-and-enroll-users-for-windows/ .
