In Advanced Analytics Application Events, it is possible to list out the primary category and the “other category” of sites”.However, page events does not have the “other category field” Questions: Is there any plan to bring these to into parity? Is there any other way to get the primary/secondary categories as it relates to a page events, or do I have to wait until Tenant version 116  new feature API and do a conversion manually?

Uninstalling Netskope client without MSI files

Hi Guys, Looking if someone can help me with below issue we have.We do have roughly 5-7% of  Windows devices which failed to upgrade Netskope client at some point.These are versions 105.1.0.1406, 106.1.0.1464, 107.0.0.1455, 107.1.0.1529Once trying to uninstall manually it says MSI is missing. Newer msi versions won’t work as well, any way to uninstall/upgrade it without exact MSI version of installer? Al

installation by certificate.

Greetings, I want to manage a computer without installing the Netskope client, I understand that I can install a Netskope CA certificate but I don't know if this allows me to create a policy in real time and apply it to this machine?download from the tenant Certificates option the one that says NETSKOPE ROOT CERTIFICATE and install on the machine then create a policy in real time but it does not apply, I do not see the equipment as managed within the tenant, but perhaps that is not the procedure.Could someone help me with the step by step to manage and apply real time policies through the certificate.

Traffic Steering Policy for VMs in VMWare and VirtualBox

Hi, my organization is having some certificate issues with VMs in VMWare and VirtualBox. I attempted to make a custom cert pinned application using the process seen in the NS client NSdebuglog files, which did not work as expected. I have been working with support for a solution but I am hoping the community has an idea on how to solve this.

How to Disable/Edit Netskope Client Shortkey that create NS Client log bundle

Hello every one. One of my user concerned that the NS client log was keep getting created repeatedly.I found out when enter shortkey the client log bundle was created. In MAC OS, the short key that create log bundle is“COMMAND + CONTROL + L”  I tested myself that every time i press “COMMAND + CONTROL + L”  the client log is created in Desktop folder  But the difference between the user and me was that for my instance, entering shortkey with selecting something related to Netskope Client (like NS client configuration browser) create log bundle. The user was able to create log bundle with selecting something that is not related to NS Client. (enter shortkey when working in eclipse or chrome browser) Wondering why the user was able to create log bundle without selecting browser that is realted to NS client. Also i’m having difficulties to find how to disable/edit Netskope Client’s short key.

Endpoint DLP requirement with SWG

Hello, i was informed that to utilize the Netskope Endpoint DLP protection, it is required to have SWG Professional license as well to use with Endpoint DLP. I’ve been looking for a statement for the requirement but unable to find out. I just would like to understand why it is required such combination? One reason that i can think of (correct me if im wrong) is due to communication to the tenant would require SWG license.

I'm new to using Netskope Private Access and need some guidance. Delete AD Groups or OU

Hi Netskope family, i’m testing differents options to integrate the users un policies (such SCIM, AD, etc) and i have a question realted with OU’s and groups from the on-premise AD.I have configured an on-premise AD and i have integrated the groups and the OU’s in real time protection policy (and it works fine) but my question is, do you know if exist any method to delete from the Netskope tenant the OU’s and groups? Its easy to implement them, using Netskope Adapters tool (installing the tool into the AD), but i didnt found any method to delete the AD, OUs and groups from the tenant. Do you know if you can do throught the API? To clarify, i want to delete the AD that i have installed, from the Netskope tenant. Is it possible? Thanks in advance!Best regards,

Is there a way to get a user alert on sites like chatgpt without being in a dlp policy or threat protection prigile?

Hello,I was asked if Netskope could provide a user alert when visiting a site, for example, chatgpt that they acknowledge the risk and then either click proceed or stop. We do not have the SWG and I think it might be needed to accomplish this? If we dont have SWG is there a way to get this accomplished?

Netskope client dropping connection on Mac when idle / sleeping

Hi, i am having an issue on mac devices. When i am away from my device for a period of time (normally an hour) i will have to re authenticate via OKTA to outlook and teams, i have worked out this is because my netskope client is somehow dropping connection and as a result im coming from my home IP address which isnt allowed on the Microsoft end. Has anyone else noticed this behaviour, i have seen a battery setting on the Mac that i think will fix it but i just wondered if this was common.

Uptick in "Error code = 0x80010106"

Windows onlyWe noticed that starting last week we’ve been getting reports of a lot of windows agents where NPA is disabled and the Agent Config doesn’t update. A reboot solves this. We’ve never had a single issue with Windows endpoints in years, now this. Steering exception not working

Hello everyone,I have a very annoying problem with my Netskope Steering configuration.Domain bypass exceptions don't work.For example, I need to access a site under development, which allows access via IP filtering. As this site is in our exceptions, we're normally supposed to be able to access it with our classic public IP, so I've added it to the exceptions.But despite this, we arrive on the site with a netskope IP (163.x.x.x), which prevents access to the site.I'm a bit stumped at this point...Do you have any ideas?Thanks!
