Do I get a warning if I exceed the number of registered URLs in my Netskope tenant?

Dear Everyone, The limit for URL lists per tenant is 300 K.Does anyone get an Error in the tenant UI when creating a URL List in a tenant that exceeds 300 K?If anyone has experience creating a ULR List that exceeds 300 K, it would be helpful for me.I would like to know whether tennant UI could inform it to user or not. URL List LimitsCurrently, the total URL List limit per tenant across all URL lists is 300K. Crashes after Netskope Upgrade - Release 120

Anyone having issues and crashing on Windows NSClient after that was upgrade the Tenant and the Golden Release to the Lastest?We have a customer the MP is located on DE, the users are claiming a lot about crashes in Windows, to the point where it was necessary to force the equipment to be shut down or reset. We are wondering if the problem started after the Tenant Update was made, they were in the release 119 last week, and now they have migrated to 120.I realized that the agent from NSClients with setup to the Last Golden Release right now is the Lasted Release = 120, very interesting…

Hi,I’m trying to use /api/v2/adem/deviceoslist on the REST API v2.Before adding the specific permission for the endpoint - I’m getting "You cannot consume this service".After adding it, I’m getting "Unauthorized".Both times the error code is 403.How can I use this Endpoint?Thanks

Hello, I have a file containing records in this format: 2022.03.18 11:46:45 DEBUG web[XXXXXXXX][auth.event] login success [method|BASIC][provider|REALM|ldap][IP|10.10.10.10|10.10.10.10:55637][login|XXXXXX]I used this regular expression to detect private IP addresses: (10\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3})|(172\.1[6-9]{1}[0-9]{0,1}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3})|(172\.2[0-9]{1}[0-9]{0,1}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3})|(172\.3[0-1]{1}[0-9]{0,1}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3})|(192\.168\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3})Using this regular expression, I can't detect any IP addresses in the file sent through netskope. What can I do and where is the problem?

3rd Party access

We have Netskope authenticating against EntraID using SCIM.  This works great for all our employees.  What I want to do is add some 3rd party contractors so they can access some internal resources.  They have a UPN of Contractor@acme.com but no email address.  Any suggestions?

Sign-in Redirect Breaking NPA Browser Access

I have an internal private app configured in NPA to allow Browser Access for a consultant. Everything works fine until it redirects to Google for the login process and we see a Google error message “Access Blocked: This app’s request is invalid”, “Error 400: redirect_url_mismatch”. Any idea’s how to get around this? Thx

Netskope Client for iPad

I saw the article on support for the Netskope Client on iPad. When I use the email invite though there is link for the iOS Client, only the iOS Profile. I see a note about this issue, but don’t understand what it wants me to do. How do I enable the default email template? I’m sure I changed it years ago, but can’t remember where.. Can someone clarify how I get it visible in the email invite?– If you are unable to see the link to download Netskope Client for iOS in the email invite, use the default email template that includes the link to download Netskope Client for iOS.

Publisher password reset

Hey Netskope buddies, I’m reaching out for help because I’ve forgotten the passwords for two of my publishers and I’m currently unable to log in. I attempted to use some Ubuntu commands to reset the password, but it’s asking for the current password, which I don’t have.I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide in resetting my passwords.

Policy Email Notification Schedule

Currently there is no ability to schedule a policy email notification for a specific time.   The time the report is sent is fixed on the back end.  Would be nice to have the ability to change to a specific time.

ZTNA NEXT solution with MECM/SCCM

Hello,has anyone had any experience configuring MECM to work with NetSkopes ZTNA next solution? Right now, we have 99% of our apps being steered through NPA, however, for MECM we would like to use the BWAN because NPA does not create a virtual interface and we’d prefer to use boundary groups in MECM with the a true interface IP rather than the IP of the publishers.  we have all of our hubs created, and I can see bidirectional traffic via TCPDUMP both on the local BWAN client and at the BWAN Hub to/from MECM from the client, but nothing ever comes down. Our desktop engineering team has created the boundary groups and all is good on that end. It just seems to sit on waiting for the client to download the content.  the only thing I can think of is maybe it’s because all our DC traffic is via NPA?

Netskope - Azure AD - IDP Integration - Enroll & Reauth Private APPsHello community, hope all is well.I have a doubt with a certain point:In an environment was configured IDP mode against Azure-AD in an environment where users have office 365.1.- The agent installation is done in IDP mode and the IDP mode operates correctly, it enrolls the user, to the user based agent.Now the situation is as follows as it is very but very common and typical in office365/Azure-AD environments users already have their office 365 account logged in, either in your outlook client, in teams, onedrive on the web itself, then what happens when the installation process was performed in IDP mode and the enrollment occurs, this process was practically automatic since the user was already logged in to office 365/azure-ad as discussed above.I understand this is an issue of Office 365/Azure-AD and not of Netskope itself, now what was done to request the credentials, was to unblock the user from all access where

Hub - Spoke gateway - Dynamic Public IP ( Spokes-branchs )  Hello community, good afternoon.  I have a question regarding the sdwan borderless wan part of Netskope. Understanding a Hub-Spoke architecture Where I have one or a few SDWAN Gateway in Hub mode and other Spoke branches with their corresponding gateways. My doubt is the following. If I have Spoke/BranchOffice sites, where eventually there is a need for some other connection from the other branches to some particular resource of that branch, I would understand that it is not necessary that my Gateway - Spoke sdwan does not have static public IP, but dynamic either by 4G/5G or some high quality ADSL connection and / or public IP links Dynamics, for the Gateways / Spoke would not be critical to have static public IP where if in the case of the Hub if you have preferably static Public IP and / or port forwarding to the IP of the gateway-sdwan. sync_item_content not in activity list

I see application events pertaining to Cloud Storage with an Activity of sync_item_content, but I can’t filter on that activity, or see it in the list of all activities. Am I missing something?What I would like to do is use it in a DLP policy to identify files being synced to personal cloud storage instances. Thx
