Knowledge Portal Revamp Coming Soon!

Phase II of the Netskope Knowledge Portal revamp is almost here! This Wednesday, April 30th, we’ll roll out the new site. The same great content remains at the same URLs, so all of your bookmarks, saved links, and references remain valid. Here’s a preview:Speed: Speed! The site is now lightning fast!Home Page: The product tiles on the home page now take you directly to the latest release notes for that product.Release Notes First: We know you want the Release Notes, so that’s exactly what you’ll see when you hit the site. In fact, we’ve even added a dedicated Release Notes search widget, at the top of the left navigation, that is always present and searches across all products and versions.Release Notes Redesign: We also made it easier to find what you’re looking for inside the Release Notes; note the awesome tabs such as What’s New, Fixed Issues, and Known Issues.Search First: We’ve upgraded the search, so it works even better now. You can still use the left nav, or you can move it out of the way and just use search.Revamped Navigation: The left nav, instead of scrolling and scrolling forever, now contains only the navigation relevant to the product you’re reading about. It loads dynamically, so it’s always relevant to the topic you’re reading. The header menu remains, and we restructured it to help you find things faster.Print to PDF: Sometimes you really need a PDF. We understand. And when you do, we’re ready. Every article has a button that allows you to generate a full-color PDF, with page numbers and everything. At no charge. Here’s a quick video outlining these changes. There’s a lot more, which you’ll discover as you click around, and there’s much more to come. So check it out and let us know what you think. You can submit feedback via the feedback icon located under the mini ToC on the right of each article.
