When creating a coaching policy, when the user enters a justification reason, where is this captured in the admin portal?
In page events, when you click on the corresponding event (magnifying glass) it will show “Justification” at the top. You can also have an Advanced Analytics Dashboard built out for this as well depending on your needs.
Could be worth creating a Cloud Exchange Business Rule to send an email or something when a user adds a justification message.

Actually, how do I build the Analytics Dashboard for this event please? I have tried looking but cannot find it
You can filter in AA for Justification Reason and Justification Type:
