Netskope clients Deployment with Passkey

Hi all,

Nice to meet you! I'm currently distributing Netskope clients on company computers (both Windows and Ubuntu). I have configured the Netskope clients to Google Workspace accounts.

This works fine for users without a passkey (Yubikey), but if they enable one, the client doesn't complete the login process.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution?

Thank you.

Hello @Axs_ISG

Windows and Mac support FIDO2 and other authentication methods.  I noticed you are using Linux.  I can check to see if this is supported for Linux.  Have you already opened a support case for this?

Hello @sshiflett

Thank you for your reply.

I haven’t opened a support case on this topic yet. I'll open a support case if it can help you to check if this is supported on Linux. Could you tell me if I should open a case?

@Axs_ISG please do and direct message me the case number.  I’d like to confirm this behavior and then improve our documentation if needed.
