The best way to verify if AI bot traffic is tagged to an application is to identify the destination domain used by these AI bots through HAR capture or Netskope debug logs. Then, search for this domain in the Netskope app catalog page (CCI) to check if it is associated with an application.
For example, Microsoft recently announced an AI bot named Copilot, which uses the domain “copilot.microsoft.com”. According to our app catalog page (CCI), an application connector for this domain is already available.
Additionally, if you do not find the AI bot domain tagged to an application, you have the option to create a custom connector. This process is explained here
