I am using CASB Inline/API only right now (not SWG) and we use Azure OpenAI. I wanted to know is there a reason that Azure OpenAI is not a fully supported Cloud App (in the Generative AI category) that I can steer and control by DLP policy? I would also like to see it show up with our instance as well. Thx

Azure Open AI Service is supported by Universal Connector at this time (you can see what activities are supported from CCI menu) so none of activities are detected by default.

If you need to control the Azure OpenAI service right now, you can create a CASB app with either the universal connector or the custom connector. If not urgent, you can wait until Netskope develop a predefined app connector.
