Hello group, I am new here, I did a search but did not find what I was looking for.
Question: Any documentation on how to properly implement in the CASB section for Office 365? We want to eliminate or reduce the number of blocks we are seeing from attempts to update Office. It hits different sites out of the United States.

Apologies for the delayed response. Is there a specific URL that is getting blocked for these updates? Do you have a screenshot of the policy that is blocking? CASB policies are typically more targeted for specific use cases so the policy being applied may be too broad if it's also capturing the office updates.
