We have a user that sets up our systems and they are then get the device assigned to them as the user. Is there a way to reconfigure this as it is now showing him on a lot of devices and dramatically skewing the application events and alerts?

I believe reinstall would be the most reliable method.
+4It looks like it is not I will have them add that to the install. Is there a way to change it on those that already have it installed, or will we need to reinstall the agent on those machines?
