Hello,

We have installed Netskope client and encountering intermittent connections/service not starting properly once a machine booted up. This is happening for multiple users few weeks after deploying Netskope.

Did anyone encounter the same issue? I am searching any related documentation/forums but I think I overlooked it.

What operating system?  Does the client provide any additional info such as being down due to error?  Typically the client will fail to establish if there is a network or host issue that prevents connectivity to Netskope.  I’d recommend grabbing logs from one or two of the impacted machines and opening a support case. 


Majority of the OS are Windows but the same were encountered in MAC/Linux machines.
