Dear Netskope Community Members,

We're excited to share some important news about our community: We're upgrading to a new platform!  Migrating to a different vendor can be both exciting but also a bit daunting. Please read on to see what's changing.

Over the past 3 years, our community has grown and evolved, thanks to the incredible contributions and engagement from each and every one of you. To better serve our expanding needs and provide an enhanced user experience, we have decided to move to a new platform that offers advanced features, improved functionality, and a more intuitive interface.

Here are a few key details about the migration:

Migration Dates:

- The cutover is planned to take place next week.  We will announce the exact date as soon as it is confirmed. A few days prior, our community will be in read-only mode to enable our team to ensure a smooth transition. We will update our members with the exact dates very soon, so you can plan for our downtime.

New Platform Highlights:

- We're transitioning from our current community platform to Gainsight Customer Communities, known for its ease of use, scalability, and rich engagement features.

- Look forward to a better integration with other Netskope support content, which will improve your search and findability of important content.

What You Need to Do:

1. When the new community goes live, users (other than partners and employees) will need to reset their password to access the new community.

2. Partners and employees will still access the community using their SSO.

3. In the event you are having access problems, please contact our community support team at community@netskope.com.  Please use this email address to provide our team with any feedback, as well.

Stay Connected:

To stay updated on the migration and receive important announcements, please follow us on LinkedIn, or visit our Community News and Announcements page.

We understand that change can be challenging, but we believe that this migration will significantly enhance our community's overall experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this transition.

We look forward to welcoming you on the new platform and continuing to grow and thrive together.

Best regards,

The Netskope Community Team
