I'm working on implementing Netskope, and I need assistance with configuring an exception for Tailscale VPN. Since Tailscale operates differently from traditional VPNs, I’m facing challenges in setting it up as an exception. Has anyone successfully added Tailscale VPN as an exception in Netskope tenant?
In general VPN compatibility instructions should be enough so please ensure you have created the appropriate destination network, certificate pinned and domain bypasses.
There is one other compatibility consideration with Tailscale which is their Exit Node functionality. This needs to be disabled otherwise the Netskope connection will be tunneled through Tailscale which can cause degraded performance due to tunneling in a tunnel and the additional latency.
