When the client is installed, the end user is unable to reach certain sites like cisco.com.
Meanwhile, no policies have been applied to the user.
I was going to ask them to check their firewall, but this issue occurs even at home without connecting VPN.

Hello @embentil. What happens when the user attempts to access cisco.com?   If the traffic being steered to Netskope then we would need to ensure it's not an issue with traffic steering at the endpoint, IP restrictions, or another issue.
