Anyone having issues and crashing on Windows NSClient after that was upgrade the Tenant and the Golden Release to the Lastest?

We have a customer the MP is located on DE, the users are claiming a lot about crashes in Windows, to the point where it was necessary to force the equipment to be shut down or reset.

We are wondering if the problem started after the Tenant Update was made, they were in the release 119 last week, and now they have migrated to 120.

I realized that the agent from NSClients with setup to the Last Golden Release right now is the Lasted Release = 120, very interesting…

R120 hasn’t been released for a majority of the globe yet (US this friday). Have you opened a support ticket on this? Are you seeing IPS crash files in the Netskope log bundle?

@nduda yes we did an open case Friday 10/04 and we are getting weird behavior from the users, a lot of claiming coming from the customer about freezes and crashes, they had to put all the users to Disable Client, they are now working with 36 users only with the NSC connected.

The problem is intermittent, and the customer can’t measure the amount of users having this issue, is also difficult to emulate.

Are they also using Crowdstrike, by chance? We’ve had quite a few issues with CrowdStrike causing instability with the Netskope agent lately.

@dechmate , they are using the EDR/Kaspersky and they are using the Web-traffic from this EDR for deep SSL-inspection.

Maybe a possible conflict.
