Dear Everyone,

 

The limit for URL lists per tenant is 300 K.
Does anyone get an Error in the tenant UI when creating a URL List in a tenant that exceeds 300 K?
If anyone has experience creating a ULR List that exceeds 300 K, it would be helpful for me.
I would like to know whether tennant UI could inform it to user or not.

 

URL List Limits

Currently, the total URL List limit per tenant across all URL lists is 300K. The URL List limit using Regex across all URL lists in that tenant is 1K (this 1K count includes only the regex written not the expanded format).

I don’t know about a limit “warning” so to speak. However, what I will say on this is if your even remotely close to anything of this nature then you need to re-evaluate what you are doing because you are wrong.

There is no reason at all to have that many URL’s in a list, you need to look and re-evaluate your strategy and use Cloud Apps where needed.

While I tend to agree with @zthompsoncr, if you really need to you can use the API to count your URL list and entries.

 

I don’t know about any warnings because I would not dream of managing 300k+ URL list entries.
