For a just booted up laptop and yet to login, can the agent steer web traffic to Netskope? Or it has to login to steer web traffic?

AOAC helps if the machine goes to sleep/standby mode with the user still logged in but there is no such feature right now for pre-login for Web Traffic.

+9No, not at this time, the user has to login to the machine for the tunnel to establish. I understand there is a feature request in for a pre-login feature for web traffic.
If you have NPA then you can leverage the NPA Pre-Logon feature for Private Apps.
