Trying to set up an ODBC connection from Windows workstations to a GCP BigQuery service, and we get certificate errors when testing the connections.
Turning off Netskope on the workstations allows the connections.
Is it possible to allowlist connections to this service?

I would recommend start with attempting an SSL bypass first, before attempting a steering bypass.
