We are being asked to create documentation on identifying and addressing scenarios within our environment to recover if there are issues with Netskope.  Then we will walk through a table top recovery exercise.

 

Scenarios we have identified:

   Unable to login to console (failure of SSO)

   Failure of Netskope Management plane

   Failure of Netskope data plane

 

Has anyone done something like this and if so, is there something you can share.
