Trend Micro Security Agent No internet Connection error

When I have installed the netskope client, my trent micro security agent gives the error Check you internet Connection and I am not able to scan. What should I configure in my netskope tenant to allow the internet connection?

Hello. 
I believe that it has to be bypass. Try to create a certificate pinning for the binaries.

If you use other TM services like Web Reputation, WebFilter…You may also have this is consideration becomes both software install a driver but only one will have the highest priority. For example: if a https URL is categorized as Malicious by TM but not yet by Netskope,or the other way around, and the Netskope driver takes preference, I will not be blocked.

 

i don’t know how the system decides which one is highest priority.

How can i identify the binaries, as i tried creating a bypass already but it did not work.

Hi there. 

You could use this article as reference. Trend Micro Maximum Security - Netskope Knowledge Portal. To check the services to be bypass, use the nsdebuglog.log, so you can see the method (Bypass or to NS) ,what service and URL/IP is trying to access. 

If still does not access the Interent, make sure your gateway is not blocking it.
