Hi

I have installed win10 agent in office thru our legacy proxy.    I can see that the network was steered to nsk when in office, however NPA was having error 

I have reinstalled, enable traffic bypass  in legacy proxy and firewall but the error persisted.  

If I installed via public wifi, NPA was successful.

What is the log I should start tracing this error?

Hello ,

NPA enters the "errored" state when enrollment fails which can happen for a number of reasons.  Most commonly this is due to SSL inspection or something blocking the connection to the management plane or data plane.  NPA enrollment and connection info is in the npadebuglog.log file in the Netskope directory (varies by operating system).  It will be included when you collect a log bundle.  I'm happy to take a look but it may be easier to also open a support case and provide the log bundle from the machine(s) having the issue.
