I need to deploy a Publisher for NPA. I would like to know if I can use RedHat to install the VMware ESXi OVA.

You probably would be better off installing the publisher on Ubuntu bare-metal VM then trying to figure out importing an OVA intended for VMWare into RedHAT. If you run into problems you may have a hard time getting TS to help troubleshoot an unsupported configuration.
