Hey there! 👋

The Community team is excited to share that on Monday, April 17, 2023, the Netskope Community is getting a much needed makeover!  🙌

Netskope believes in the value of community — and that's why our team has invested a lot of time and effort fixing and improving the UI/UX issues on this site.  We're excited to get this first release delivered to you next week.  After we push the new site live, we'll incrementally push out new releases based on your feedback... but more on that part next week.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • In order to push the new site into production, the Netskope Community will be down for a few hours in the wee hours of the morning on Monday (for those of us in the Eastern time zone, that is.) Please note the site will be in maintenance mode for about 3 hours and will be inaccessible.  This site is slated to be down at 2:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

  • All of your content, leaderboard points, and login information will remain the same, so no action is needed on your end.

  • On, Monday, April 17, 2023 (by 6 a.m. ET at the latest), you’ll be able to use your existing login information to sign in again.

  • If you have any issues or want to get a hold of our team, we can be reached at community@netskope.com.

Thank you for being a part of the community!

First impression:  Whoa!
Going to take a bit to get used to, but I like how much content is pushed out to the front page.

Thank you so much for your comments, we're still in process to updating some content. Will keep you posted on the same 🙂

Kudos Team! Really impressed with the new UI.

Hi, @qyost and @Zulkifal thank you for the good vibes.  😍

Just an FYI, we haven't added this community feedback link to the navbar yet, but want to make sure you know that it's available and we'll be using the ideation feature to report and track any community feedback, issues, or any ideas that our members want us to consider.  It's a transparent view of what our community wants/needs/requests.  I'll be adding a few things that we're working on, so members can track our progress.

Note:  you must be logged in to see the ideas page and to submit any feedback.

We're here to make your community experience better with every iteration/release of new features, forums, and groups.  I encourage you to add in your ideas.  @Rohit_Bhaskar is looking into providing extra community points for any ideas provided.  🙌
