Netskope User Experience Team is conducting a new study to learn about how you manage configurations across the Netskope platform, defining the “configurations” broadly (e.g. settings, policies, profiles).
In this study we are hoping to learn specifically about...
- The fundamental/keystone configurations for you / your team / organization
- How you manage these configurations on the platform (e.g. needs/pains, actors, lifecycle, procedures, best practices, integrations)
- How configurations become a part of major events for your team/organization (e.g. audits, breach incidents, troubleshooting for end-user complaints)
Participation criteria
- Active NS customers and partners with hands-on and hands-off knowledge on the topics listed
- Interest to spare 45-60 minutes of your time over Zoom
