Explicit Proxy Root Certificate

Does anyone know where the Netskope root certificate needs to go in Windows to use the explicit proxy? I assume it needs to go in the certificate store but is there a location?

Thanks.

Place it in Trusted Root Certification Authorities store.

Thanks.

I was able to get the proxy to work using the non-remote root certificate under the signing CA section. Is there a reason the root certificate (remote users) do does not work? I placed it in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store.

Also, I noticed the client installed both the Root and Intermediate certs. Is this required for the explicit proxy?

Thanks again for your time.

Please describe what “...does not work” means.

Also, note there are two certificates, the root and the intermediate.
