I saw the article on support for the Netskope Client on iPad. When I use the email invite though there is link for the iOS Client, only the iOS Profile. I see a note about this issue, but don’t understand what it wants me to do. How do I enable the default email template? I’m sure I changed it years ago, but can’t remember where.. Can someone clarify how I get it visible in the email invite?

– If you are unable to see the link to download Netskope Client for iOS in the email invite, use the default email template that includes the link to download Netskope Client for iOS.

Go to settings, then Tools.  Then click on Templates.  Select the one for the email invitation and you can use the following html code to insert the link to download the client.  If it still points to the old NPA client you will need to just go to the App store on the iPad and search for Netskope and download it manually.  They will still need to install the iOS Profile from the email invitation.  You can click insert variable when you are in the email invitation template and select iOS Profile to insert it into the template.

HTML Insert for iOS client:  <p>iOS Client <a href="{{NS_IOSCLIENT}}">iOS Client (Private Access Only)</a></p>
