What does Netskope Entity Modifier Flag use for

From this article, it mentions the feature flag Netskope Entity Modifier. Could you clarify the difference in behavior before and after it is enabled?

Note:

Can we suggest allowing a longer period for comments on articles? Otherwise, we have to create a new article just to ask follow-up questions.

I found the answer here replied by Sam.

Once DLP entity modifiers enabled, admin can override the default entity behavior by creating a new entity that references the default one and excludes the employees last name.  Under Policy > DLP > Edit Rules > DLP.  Select Entities and create a new entity.   Admin can then create an entity that uses the modifiers to ensure it doesn’t match the last name similar to the one below:
