Hi. 

I recently came had a problem related to configuration. it had to do with making a change in the user notifcation. This was a global change. I changed a setting from browser to client which had a strange effect on our org. 

Normally when you make a change you generally have to “save” then click “apply” in this case you only click “save” for it to take effect. 

My question is why do changes not requiring “Apply” don’t show up in the audit logs?

My second question is what change logs don’t show in the Audit log?
