How do I access KB articles in the support portal?

I'm unable to get to the KB article at this this link. Do I need a special Support Portal login? My community login isn't working there, and I do not see a way to create a support portal login.

 

I'm trying to solve the same issue that this community member ran into, and getting to the KB article seems to be the key.

That is the support site for submitting cases etc and still does contain some older articles however, most all docs are on the public facing page. https://docs.netskope.com/en/netskope-help/netskope-client/addressing-ssl-error-while-accessing-aws-services-via-the-aws-cli-with-the-netskope-client-enabled/
