We migrating policies from Zscaler to Netskope NGSWG with file type url filtering and cloud apps control. As the categorization is totally different can you please help me out with this migration of policy I need to know the category fall in Zscaler which is fall in Netskope or any docs from your end will help thank you.
+16A common problem with any platform shift in this market, unfortunately.
While you can often get best-fit mapping of categories, you'll never get an exact match-for-match for everything across the vastness of the internet. Honestly, you'll be lucky if just your top 10 SaaSs consistently map between vendors.
