We recently enabled SWG, and file transfer download speeds are extremely slow. Is anyone else having this issue? We enabled DTLS as recommended by Netskope, but that did not fix the problem.

Can you refer to this performance troubleshooting guide and run some traces at different layers to understand where the problem is? This will be a good start

Could you check if you have the log level as "info"?

Yes! Because the agent needs to write all the operations in the HDD,
Please, put this as Info Level, I’m almost sure that’s the problem
