I am unable to access the application without a client. I have Integrated Okta for reverse proxy. Whenever I try to access the application, I am getting an error: 500 : Netskope was unable to process authentication request for tenant:<18507>. couldn't create AUTH URL: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference.

Hello @akashsaxena,

When you say you integrated Okta for reverse proxy, what app did you select?  This error likely requires some additional investigation by our support.  I'd suggest opening a case with a HAR capture and your tenant details.

Please check your certificate and make sure it starts and ends with:

-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----

-----END CERTIFICATE-----

Okta leaves them off, Netskope requires them.

I agree with @jonbartlett

We have seen this error printed when the certificate imported is an invalid one in the Web UI (IdP certificate).

If this doesn’t help, please get in touch with Netskope support with SAML tracer/HAR files.
