How to Troubleshoot on private app access for slow connection or unaccusable applications for users (randomly) ?

 

We don’t have DEM advanced license .

What kind of tools or options do I have in order to troubleshoot on a slow connection to private apps?

 

I am familiar with :

  1. The NPA Troubleshooter Tool
  2. Export logs from the client when slowness for private applications occurs.

Hey,

even if you had the DEM license, it does not (yet?) offer NPA troubleshooting (except for showing you the resource location of the publishers such as CPU or RAM). Just recently, I have been sent the following links from the support:

 
You might want to focus on the TCPing (Mac) or PsPing (Windows) for NPA troubleshooting.
