Objective
Change the default Master Tenant admin

Context
Some customers have noticed that their tenant notifications are currently set to the Netskope predefined tenant admin email. They would like to update this to an internal email address instead.
Do You Know?
The Tenant Master Admin in Netskope is typically reflected in the notification templates used by the platform. If you want to modify this default admin or change the associated email address, this can only be done by submitting a Support ticket as a “How-to” request.
Understanding and request steps
Normally, when you create an email alert through a Real-Time Protection policy, the notifications sent to users and/or admins include a hardcoded sender email address, which unfortunately cannot be modified.
To request a change of the Tenant Master Admin, please create a “How-to” question ticket through the support portal. In the request, specify that you want to change your tenant’s master admin and include the email address you'd like to use instead.
Once the request is completed and the change is confirmed, you’ll need to create new notification templates for the new master admin email to take effect.
