Hi,
We have internal web based applications and which is accessible only from allowed ip's. We have whitelisted entire Netskope ip range and still we are not able to access the web application.
Is there any option?

This was fixed. Restricted the xff ip from HAProxy

Just to confirm since there could be other variables, were you able to validate the web application is blocking Netskope's IPs via logging or error message?

I see xff IP as 103.252.26.73(home broadband ip), 163.116.193.114
2 ips are returned
