We have SCIM integration done between Jumpcloud and Netskope. But seems like some user groups in Netskope does not get populated with the users based on Jumpcloud. Is there any way for me to manually trigger a sync? Or check the sync logs.
Solved, apparently the prebuilt SSO app for netskope in Jumpcloud doesn't use the correct schema. Works fine when you use the custom SSO app with the right schema and nameID format.
