  1. The one-time password reset ability is a nice add. Missing features below

    1. Dialogue box needs a field, like a phone number or URL

    2. There should be an admin role for retrieving the one-time password, and that is the only right for the role. This should be an out-of-the-box role, not something a customer has to create custom.

    3. Looking at the custom roles, it is difficult to identify if the retrieval ability of the one-time password as a role is even configurable as an option.

Yes what I am asking for is a feature request.  the One-time password dialoged box as of today has no may to modify what is displayed being able to provide end users with a link to open a service request or a phone number to call would be most beneficial to the end users.
