Provisioning Users and Groups from Office 365 to Netskope/Policies based on Groups/Users Office 365

Hello, good afternoon, first of all, thank you all very much for your time and for your collaboration

I have a question regarding the level of licensing required to support provisioning "All Users and User Groups from Office 365" ( To be able to both provision users and groups, to Netskope Tenant and to be able to apply policies/rules based on Users and Groups ), with a standard plan/subscription: Exactly "Microsoft 365 Business Standard". This subscription/plan level named above ( Microsoft 365 Business Standard ) is compatible and supported for Netskope, for the above mentioned, i.e. Full Users/Groups for group/user based policies and provisioning users ? )

Thank you very much for your time and your collaboration

.

I will remain attentive to your comments

Best regards

From the Netskope side, no additional licensing is needed.  I always like to preface this with the fact that I'm a Netskope Architect so I'm working to understand another vendor's licensing.  That being said, Microsoft 365 Business Standard does not include Azure AD P1 or P2 licenses so only supports user based provisioning.  Group based provisioning requires Azure AD P1 or P2 licensing:

Hello @sshiflett

Excellent, thank you very much for the valuable information shared.

Please taking advantage of the fact that we touch on Office 365 issues, please if you can clarify the following doubt: In relation to the use of the APIs for SaaS services (API-Enabled Protection SaaS) of Microsoft, for example Onedrive, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office 365 Outlook, for these services what are the requirements and/or the minimum license/plan/subscription requirements needed by Netskope to successfully integrate via API-enabled Protection.

Thank you very much,

I am attentive to your comments

Best regards

@MetgatzNK the respective licensing depends on the Microsoft app you're looking to protect.  We outline the supported licenses for API-based Protection at:
