Does the app support the header insertion?

If so is SSL decryption enabled? Header insertion won’t work if it is bypassed from decryption.

yes, SSL decryption is enabled. We have done this for Claude and ChatGPT and its working for for codex it's not working.

Also there is no article related to Gen AI application for header insertion.

Sounds like you should contact the Codex support to verify the header is being inserted and if they are actually respecting the header.
