Hi

The way we setup the network, we will need eproxy to access Internet.

Surf internet worked well but Outlook email client keeps getting untrusted certificate error.  Is there certificate to be included?

Thank

Hello @munster,

The behavior of explicit proxy varies a bit by configuration but based on your screenshot, I assume this test device is coming from a location that hasn't been configured in the tenant.  This is a supported configuration, but when using Cloud Explicit Proxy, you have to install the Root Certificate for remote users under Settings > Security Cloud Platform > Manage > Certificates > Signing CA.

If you have not configured the IP Address Allowlist for explicit proxy then your endpoint needs this remote user certificate as well.
