Hello,

I need to block a specific application within the https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/ domain (VSCode Marketplace).
I would like guidance on how to configure Netskope to block only this specific application without affecting access to the rest of the domain.

Could you please advise on the recommended procedure for this type of blocking?

You can allow downloads only for the required apps and block all others by configuring it as follows.

Create an RTP policy to allow a specific app from Microsoft Azure DevOps. Specify the app (object) you want to allow in the File Name or Extension field.
Below the above policy, create a RTP policy that blocks downloads in Azure DevOps.
