What could be the reason why the WhatsApp application is experiencing issues when uploading or downloading files on our iOS devices, even though there are no policies in place that should restrict these actions.

How can i bypass the whatsapp application on iOS devices?, i haven’t found the procees that i need for the certificate pinned application config.
