Objective
This article explains how to block direct log in to ChatGPT from personal accounts
Context
There are different options to log in to the ChatGPT app, whether using your email ID directly or using external SSO services:

When you hit “Log in” on ChatGPT, it takes you to an OpenAI URL. Netskope supports OpenAI, which is used by ChatGPT for its login process. A predefined connector within Netskope facilitates the "Login Attempt" activity for OpenAI.
Granular controls can be applied to login activities through User Constraint Profiles, allowing you to restrict access based on specific domains or user emails.
Configuration
- Step 1 - Create a User Constraint Profile
