We are pleased to announce upcoming enhancements to the Netskope Customer Portal (support.netskope.com), designed to improve your experience and access to information.
Guest Login Page and Enhanced Search Functionality
On August 19, 2025 0400 Hrs UTC, we are launching a new guest page with public content and federated search functionality to Netskope product documentation and Community. This means you will soon be able to access valuable resources and search for information more easily, even before logging in! Note the change in date from the previously communicated August 15, 2025.
Your existing Customer Portal login process will remain unchanged for now.
- Please use the ‘Login’ button to Login or ‘Create Case’ button to create a case directly.
- Login using the same credentials on the login page
Upcoming Improvements to Your Netskope Experience
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the customer experience, we’re preparing to introduce a more seamless login experience across key Netskope resources. These improvements are designed to simplify access and strengthen security aligning with our Nets kope One Platform strategy and vision.
