Netskope is proud to share that our collaboration with Google has resulted in a new SCIM integration with its identity provisioning service.

Customers now have the option to forego obtaining a windows server to host the Netskope directory importer tool, and can instead provision individual users en masse to Netskope for use in identity based policies.

The SAML SSO help article and the User Provisioning help article have been published on Google’s website.

Please note this integration does not support creating or updating groups and user membership in groups. Google does not yet support group provisioning via SCIM to external services. Please contact your Google account manager to push for this essential feature. Until then, if customers need to manage users within group, they will continue to need the directory importer service.

Finally, reach out to your account team or customer success manager for any questions or feedback on the identity workflow.
