We’re introducing the Netskope Unified Login to streamline access to Netskope resources as part of our Netskope One Platform vision.
What’s Changing
We migrated Netskope Community (http://community.netskope.com ) and Netskope Academy (netskopeclient.learnupon.com) to the new Unified Login system.
What You Need to Do
To continue accessing Netskope Community and Netskope Academy, you’ll need to reset your password starting November 1, 2025:
How to Reset Your Netskope Community Password

Go to community.netskope.com and click Log In/Register.

Click on the Netskope Unified Login button.

Enter your email address and click Continue.

Click Forgot password? and confirm your email.

Check your inbox for a message from NetskopeID (id@netskope.com) and click Change my password.

Set your new password and sign back in.
Note: To ensure a safe and trusted environment for all our members, access to the community is moderated and restricted to verified customers, partners, and employees.

How to Reset Your Netskope Academy Password

Click Forgot password? and confirm your email.

Check your inbox for a message from NetskopeID (id@netskope.com) and click Change my password.

Set your new password and sign back in.

After resetting your password and signing in, you may be asked to:

Review and accept the Migration Acknowledgment and Privacy Policy to continue using the Community.

Can I use my Community/Academy credentials to log into Support or Notification?

No. Community-only accounts remain Community-only, and Academy-only accounts remain Academy-only. Access to other portals requires separate entitlement and is not granted by this change.

I forgot my Community/Academy password. How do I reset it?

Follow the steps above beginning November 1, 2025. Check spam/junk for the email from id@netskope.com (for Community) or training@netskope.com (for Academy).

Will this affect FedRAMP users?

No. FedRAMP customers are not impacted by this change.
